Resilience

Drop and give me 20 soldier! Physical fitness and stamina have always been a requirement for life in the forces. So what would a fashion designer, high jumper, chef, or 15 year old karate champion have in common with the women in the NZDF? As it turns out, quite a lot.

We worked with Saatchi and Saatchi to start a new conversation. The NZDF wanted women to know that the most important thing they can be equipped with in life is the power to take challenges head on. In a word, it’s resilience. We directed real talent for a scripted spot and images. Alison then got to do what she does best: have a real conversation with women about what resilience means to them. Simon then got in the mix capturing dynamic stills.
